1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using printerdesk.com, including browsing, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. User Accounts

While an account is not required to browse or make purchases, creating an account with Printer Desk offers benefits such as order history, faster checkout, and saved preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Printer Desk immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Printer Desk reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

3. Product Listings and Pricing

Printer Desk strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur. All product listings are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, Printer Desk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Printer Desk will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Product availability is also subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through Printer Desk are subject to acceptance. We will send an order confirmation email to you once your order has been received. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, but merely confirms that we have received it. A contract for the sale of products will only arise when we dispatch the products to you and send an email confirmation of shipment. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized in connection with any transaction.

5. Shipping Policy

Printer Desk provides estimated shipping times and costs during the checkout process. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, and recipient availability. We package our used printers and parts carefully to ensure safe transit. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Printer Desk pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Any shipping dates provided are estimates only.

6. Returns and Refunds

Printer Desk offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee (typically 15%) which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please initiate a return through our customer service portal or by contacting us directly to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Warranty

All used printers and printer parts sold by Printer Desk come with a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It includes parts and labor required for repair. This warranty explicitly excludes:

  1. Damage caused by user misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
  2. Consumable parts such as ink cartridges, toner, print heads (unless explicitly stated otherwise for refurbished units), cleaning kits, or paper.
  3. Damage due to external causes such as power surges or acts of nature.
  4. Any software issues, network configuration problems, or compatibility issues with your specific operating system or applications.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team. We will guide you through the troubleshooting process and, if necessary, provide instructions for repair or replacement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Printer Desk or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Printer Desk and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Printer Desk, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Printer Desk is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
